Interesting. One of the pictures on the page (the one with some cartoon characters) does not have the blur. It stands out like a sore thumb.
If you dont install flash player 8 you can’t see it. Most Pro Web designers should have known this technique. It is impossible to do it with a simple paintshop pro as computers don’t have enough roms for the blurring display.
